In recent years, theorists has been re-examine on the issue that how to effectively carry out ideological and political theory course from many different angles, deepening the research of the Ideological and Political theory course. However, there are still many unsatisfactory areas which need to constantly improve and perfect. Education psychology as the psychological science which study the law of school teachers, students and the interaction in the teaching situation, has important significance for implementing effect of ideological and political theory course.Teachers’ personal charm, authority and the sense of efficacy affect education effect in the ideological and political theory course. Students’ self-consciousness and personality will regulate the learning of ideological and political theory course. In addition, the interaction between teachers and students will impact teaching effect. There are problems in the analyzing process which ideological and political theory course violating the laws of education psychology. Teachers attach great importance to the development of ideas, despise psychological care, attach great importance to education of the consciousness, despise the psychological education, attach great importance to the indoctrination, despise psychological counseling. Students’ personality tendency appears deviation and students have learning psychological barriers. The construction of classroom psychological environment and peer psychological environment defaults attraction. In order to solve the problems better, teachers should play a leading and dominant role, put a high value on the psychological effect, fuse education psychology theory, use psychology counseling. Students should play subjective initiative and improve themselves to achieve independence. In addition, optimizing classroom psychological environment and peer psychological environment can create harmonious psychological environment. We can explore a kind of teaching mode which based on concept, theory, method of education psychology, closing to students. It will be more effectively improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education course.
