The effectiveness of high school ideological and political classroom teaching refers to that in the process of classroom teaching,high school ideological and political teachers present the course content through certain teaching methods and teaching means,adopt multi-body and multi content diversified teaching evaluation,cultivate high school students' interest and initiative in learning ideological and political subjects,gradually form correct ideas and social practice ability,and make them have political identity and social practice ability Scientific spirit,legal consciousness and public participation are the four core qualities of Ideological and political subject,so as to complete the teaching objectives and tasks,so as to realize the value of high school ideological and political classroom teaching.Since the new curriculum reform,the effectiveness of high school ideological and political teaching has been improved to a certain extent,but it is still undeniable that there are still many problems in the current high school ideological and political classroom teaching.If we want to really realize the effectiveness of high school ideological and political classroom teaching,we should investigate it,and then find out the problems and put forward the improvement countermeasures.Through my own teaching class and listening to the lectures of excellent teachers,combined with the theory of teaching effectiveness,this paper makes a questionnaire survey on many teachers and students in a high school in Jiaozhou City,analyzes the data obtained,and sums up three main problems in the effectiveness of Ideological and political classroom teaching in high school: inefficient use of teaching methods,emphasis on teaching;The implementation of teaching evaluation is inefficient and emphasizes on achievement;The interaction between teachers and students is inefficient and a mere formality.The main reasons are teachers,students and teaching evaluation.Finally,in view of the problems and reasons,the paper summarizes the improvement countermeasures in five aspects: changing the teaching concept and standardizing the teaching behavior;Innovating teaching methods and improving classroom efficiency;Improve teaching ability and form teaching expertise;Strengthen the communication between teachers and students to realize the mutual benefit of teaching and learning;Implement scientific evaluation and improve teaching efficiency.Through their own research,in order to improve the effectiveness of high school ideological and political classroom teaching.
