Impromptu speaking ability is an ability necessary in modern society, have a good impromptu speech capability is the basic social requirements for each citizen,in addition to the formation of this ability of students learned, but also play a role in language courses. However, from the relevant research point of view, most of the students speak impromptu performance of scattered, short, acknowledge discourse, not clear and complete, purposeful, innovative expression of personal feelings and understanding. In middle school language teaching, the largest proportion of the teaching of reading and language learning can provide a good foundation for the training and resources impromptu speech topics capabilities.Therefore, it is necessary to explain the significance of students training value impromptu speech in the teaching of reading ability, try to provide a path for the oral teaching, which is the requirement of language courses.This study was based on an extensive analysis of the literature on the induction, the ability to define an impromptu speech content, and discusses its characteristics, type and training objectives. By junior high school language teaching material impact on stylistic analysis of the three categories for different genres of text content and type of impromptu speaking, in order to explore the relationship between culture and reading teaching reform impromptu speech capability, namely: the ability to adapt to the culture impromptu speech in reading teaching reading direction of the teaching reform of teaching methods to promote change in reading, improve reading instruction in language practice activities to improve the evaluation of the effect of reading, the two can be a good fit and mutually reinforcing. Junior high school students found that impromptu speech in attitude, language organization, content, expression, etc. there are outstanding issues through questionnaires, teachers’ behavior, there are many shortcomings.Therefore, based on the ability of some of the problems impromptu speech language literacy students develop values and practice existed, the views of the relevant language teaching research scholars from philosophy, teaching behavior,teaching evaluation impromptu speech capability and some suggestions vision.
