In this paper, documentary, experimental method of inquiry-based teaching method combined application contest among teaching aerobics study.The results show that the vedio teaching in regard to the teaching of traditional teaching has a great advantage, teaching effect achieved is also higher than traditional teaching.Conclusions:(1)Introduced in the classroom teaching aerobics video,students can have a relatively clear visual representation, thus contributing to the appearance into action, so that students can be targeted for action aerobics exercises, to improve teaching effectiveness with very enhance the role of the good, but pay attention to the frequency of video recording and when recording video problems.( 2) Introduced in aerobics teaching conpetition, can improve students’ enthusiasm, initiative, but also raise awareness of the sense of competition and cooperation of students, active classroom atmosphere. However, the time to pay attention to issues of race and class arrangements discipline.(3)In the in the vedio teaching method 98-, by watching the students in their aerobics video, which found their own deficiencies, corrective exercises, aerobics improve the accuracy and proficiency, reflecting the connotation of inquiry teaching.(4)In the research about the vedio teaching of Aerobics, students get through the game aerobics exercise power and confidence, the longer practice time, the larger intensity aerobics proficiency has improved, the degree of movement in tune with the music quite get over the high, learning aerobics autonomy than traditional classroom teaching students.(5)This factor added competition in the classroom, students can stimulate entrepreneurial spirit and passion for independent practice.(6)Among students’ s aerobics learning, through the exchange with teachers, and discussion, design and teammates formation, solidarity and cooperation beneficial to improve students’ ability, and social adaptability.(7)Although the vedio teaching relative to traditional teaching has many advantages, but it also has its own traditional teaching advantages in teaching, interspersed with two must be used in order to achieve better teaching results.Suggestions:(1) Schools can advocate the vedio teaching in the classroom applications, to encourage teachers to develop their independence, cooperation and explore the spiritual culture of learning.(2) Conduct regular physical education teachers training, including theoretical knowledge and skills.(3) Preparation of teachers to do a good job. Inquiry-based teaching teachers play a leading role, similar to the role of the director, students as actors. Student’s capacity is limited, must be under the guidance of teachers and arrangements can be guaranteed in accordance with the syllabus, to complete each lesson learning ontent.(4) To strengthen students’ sports supplement theoretical knowledge.(5) A reasonable allocation for group, including the number of groups, the proportion of men and women, students and other levels.(6) Focus on teaching evaluation updates, especially the process of evaluation.(7) The traditional teaching method has its own advantages and irreplaceable place, the vedio teaching interspersed with mixed use, it can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of teaching, teaching play a multiplier effect.
