The United States is a world-recognized country for its governance according to law, which is also prominent in its higher education administration governance according to law. American higher education administration according to law makes American higher education administration have a more prominent feature of governance according to law. This not only makes administration and operation of American higher education much more effective, but also greatly enhances the society fairness of American higher education, continues to improve and ensure the quality of American higher education and effectively builds and strengthens the powerful image of American higher education. In our country, the level of higher education administration governance according to law is not so high.At the same time, the issues of quality,efficiency and equity in higher education administration become increasingly more prominent. The practice of American higher education administration governance according to law is worthy of studying and reference.Using the country special research model, literature study and comparative study as the main research methods, This thesis briefly summarizes the basic concept and development of American higher education administration governance according to law.The thesis mainly focuses on analyzing and researching its current situation,characteristics and experience of American higher education administration governance managing according to law.
