Personal Learning Environment Construction Based On Knowledge Management

With the popularity of the Internet and the development of the information technology,traditional way of learning has sometimes can not satisfy the requirements of personalized learning, so web-based learning gradually transform from the auxiliary to study to the main way of learning. In this era of information technology, how to efficient use of network resources service learning and how to efficiently obtain the required knowledge from huge amounts of information, become the important content of education research. Personal learning environment can provide learners with personalized, liberalization of one-stop learning spaces, and the approach to learning based on learner centered has made a fundamental change on the network study. Based on the knowledge management theory,this research discusses individual learning environment building model and specific construction strategy from the point of knowledge management.Through the sorting, analysis of the related studies at home and abroad, the research combs the concept of personal learning environment and knowledge management theory,and finds the combination of inevitability that personal learning environment and knowledge management in social culture and technical method. Then, through the survey of online learners, the research knows the usage of network applications, the shortage and demand about building personal learning environment and finds that personal learning environment building is feasible and necessary. Base on this and the guidance of knowledge management theory, combining with the theory of constructivism and connectivism, the research designs a theoretical model about personal learning environment, and with the support of Mashup technology puts forward the specific principles, strategies and approaches of the personal learning environment construction. Finally, with the author’s needs of the study, under the guidance of the above theory, the research builds an author’s personal learning environment, so as to verify the feasibility of environmental architecture and rationality of theory.Through this research, the author hopes to help the network learners to build a personalized learning environment quickly and enhances the ability of knowledge management, improves the efficiency of online learning, realizes the goal of lifelong learning.
