Since the "11th five-year plan", the secondary vocational school also have development rapidly. Secondary vocational schools in providing talents for enterprise to promote the development of economy,at the same time, also have a higher request for personal accomplishment, the discretion of the etiquette culture affects the competitive power of the students."Etiquette" as a foundation course of secondary vocational education, the goal is to through the teaching practice, let the students know the basic common sense of manners and etiquette rules of interpersonal, professional etiquette, at the same time, really to use it, to improve students’ professional etiquette quality and professional core competitiveness. The education goal is consistent with the social expectations, but the curriculum, teaching subject, teaching object, teaching methods, evaluation methods and so on many factors, the secondary vocational school of etiquette education situation is not optimistic. Therefore, the professional education in the teaching of "etiquette" to seek a kind of advanced and suitable for their own actual, can stimulate students interest and realize the teaching purpose, and can let students self-improvement etiquette literacy teaching methods, which is vocational education researchers seek for.As an advanced teaching concept, action oriented concept because of its set student as centered, teachers as the guide, with the development of students critical ability and comprehensive quality goal advantage, achieve the above said can stimulate students interest and realize the teaching purpose, and to let the students self-development etiquette literacy three requirements.This paper in order to make the action oriented method and secondary vocational school actual unifies, on the basis of clear the action-oriented teaching method connotation and denotation, the author through the interviews, telephone surveys about the etiquette course setting, teaching subject, teaching object, teaching methods, evaluation methods and so on,conclude the etiquette teaching present situation; Through the questionnaire for teachers, students, for analysis the current problems and reasons which secondary vocational school etiquette existing. Then, combining the reality of Pope technical school teachers, students, take the case teaching method, role playing method, two kinds of teaching method introduced into the teaching process, in order to the secondary vocational students have a different understanding of teaching etiquette. Changed they from original thought "call me learn" to now "I want to learn", fully mobilize the students’ interest in learning. Through case analysis, group work, exercise the students’ logical analysis ability, team cooperation ability, communication ability; Through role play, let the students to learn to participate in the teaching process, through the analysis of self awareness, Raise questions and active thinking to solve the problems, make the students active participation promotion, solve the problem ability get promoted, more important is to actively the learning etiquette knowledge combined with practice. A variety of evaluation mode of the integration, the use of different evaluation methods in different stages of teaching, make students in a state of relaxed and active participation in teaching, this not only conforms to the physiological and psychological characteristics of the secondary vocational student, but also more important is can make students find themselves in all aspects of advantages, enhance their self-confidence, can promote its perfecting, reached the purpose of education.Action oriented idea, of course, in the process of introducing teaching practice also appeared some problems, but from the perspective of the trend of development of vocational and technical education, introduces action oriented method of secondary vocational school teaching is an inevitable trend, is also meet the improve the quality of personnel training requirements which is in 2014< the state council on accelerating the development of modern vocational education decision >.
