On October 25, 2013, the ministry of education issued《the ministry of education of the implementation of the national primary and secondary school teachers’ information technology application ability promote the opinions of the project》, the plan to be completed the national more than 1000 primary and secondary schools(including kindergartens) teacher training a new round of ascension by the end of 2017, this round of promotion training, is to focus on the information technology training "Learning and use disjointed" problem, set up the system of teachers’ active application of information technology in the classroom.This paper revolves around "The teacher active application of information technology" this topic research, while primary and secondary school teachers of Luzhou, for example, combined with various forms of research, work practice and positive psychology "personal growth initiative" theory, trying to explore to improve teachers’ ability of active application of information technology effective way.First, in the teacher training, mainly design the questionnaire survey, the questionnaire design of "background informatio", "the basic application of information technology", "information technology applied in teaching situation", "active learning", "active application information technology psychological demand", "impact factor" six dimensions, for while Luzhou basic ability and the teachers’ information technology applied to the research present situation of the classroom.Through research analysis found that influence teachers’ active factors of application of information technology is mainly embodied in the training effect, the teachers’ working attitude, the school management three aspects. The teachers’ working attitude is the internal cause, the other two aspects are the external cause, through the research to understand the external cause, through a series of efforts, can promote internal shift by external cause, so as to promote teachers’ active application of information technology.Secondly, combining with the research analysis, proposed teachers’ active application of information technology strategy, including: earnestly implement relevant policy of the ministry of education, innovation work; Strengthen education balanced development, priority for rural teachers provide training services; Update training mode, improve training quality. Establish incentive mechanism, improve teachers’ initiative of application of information technology.Finally, on the basis of the above strategy, in our city in order to improve teachers’ information technology application ability, have been studied in some way, mainly from the improved training, strengthen school‐based research guidance, innovative development of information technology by using information technology competition, active application evaluation questionnaire made efforts. The way to study, and some applied to practical work, get good grades, some limited to personal ability, still stay in theoretical research stage, will include into implementation. In a word, teachers’ active application behavior, is the foundation of efficient and innovative application, I hope that through this study, efficient and innovative application of information technology can promote the primary and secondary school teachers in the classroom.
