Economic globalization has promoted the development of cultural globalization, modern people’s life, work and even life style has changed a lot, and the content of education and education has also changed. According to our country’s latest "compulsory education art curriculum standards(2011 Edition)", it can be seen that the fine arts curriculum pay more attention to the cultivation of students’ comprehensive quality ability, and more and more highlights the nature of the pleasure and humanity. Traditional teaching content is not enough for students to fully experience the fun of art, and let them take the initiative to understand the new knowledge. Therefore, I combined the basic requirements of the art teaching in rural basic present situation and the fine arts curriculum chose painting art as a new content of fine arts curriculum teaching, to stimulate students’ interest in learning and innovation spirit. Through the practice in the art classroom of rural junior middle school in the exploration of art in the specific application, sand painting art classroom.This paper through the proposed sand the artistic features of the development of school-based curriculum, under the guidance of the new art curriculum standard, combined with the specific circumstances of the school where the author works, rural junior high school art school-based curriculum research and practice, has a theoretical significance for researchers in the field. At the same time, the teaching of the related fields also has a guiding role.
