The new curriculum reform in our school since 2008 until now, has been underway for 7 years. But in most of the classroom teaching process, the traditional teaching mode still occupy the leading position, the teachers used teaching methods used in teaching and instilling in classroom teaching. Take the student as this is the core of the new round of curriculum reform, be imperative so change students’ learning style, and the fundamental way to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching is to change the mode of classroom teaching.This paper mainly used the literature research method, questionnaire survey method, experimental research method and so on. After reading a lot of literatures, the concept, theoretical basis, practice of case study were reviewed; On this basis, began the construction of the teaching model of guided learning plan, including design principles, writing process and classroom procedures; Also to high school students as the research object, through the experimental method and questionnaires on the teaching model of guided learning plan application research, experiment on students’ learning attitude, learning ability and learning achievement for analysis and comparison, draw a conclusion of the experiment, and makes analysis on the problems appeared in the course of the experiment.This paper also put forward the teaching mode of the learning plan teaching has changed the traditional concept of teachers, students view and evaluation system. This research can promote the ability of students to obtain information, analyze and solve practical problems, and the ability to communicate and cooperate, and continuously improve the quality of teaching, to build a harmonious, democratic, equal relationship between teachers and students. The teaching mode of the learning plan teaching let the teacher walk from the podium to the students, teach students how to learn, help the students’ autonomous learning, help students collaborative inquiry learning, the ultimate realization of lifelong learning. But the teacher also should not blindly believe that biological teaching content all are applicable to learning guide to this teaching model, and should be based on the different class and teaching contents with different teaching methods and multimedia modern teaching means, have reached the teaching optimization.
