With the reform of higher vocational education in our country, the government vigorously promotes the multiple subjects of higher vocational education, which is not only the only way which must be passed of the popularization of higher education and the establishment of lifelong education system of higher vocational education but also an effective way to improve the quality of personnel training. In the current situation, the pattern has been some formed, but the government has outstanding advantages and other multiple subjects are in a weak position. Unary school-run-body turned out to vote than the multiple school-run-bodies and multivariate cooperation in running schools is not deep. Faced with these problems, it is necessary to continue to think about multiple subjects of higher vocational education in China.This paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the professional education in the vocational education from the two dimensions of school-running subject of investment and cooperation, and puts forward suggestions and Countermeasures to improve the multiple subjects of higher vocational education in our country according to the experience of the multiple subjects of higher vocational education in developed countries.This article is divided into five parts. The first part is introduction which mainly introduces the background and significance of this study, research status, research ideas and methods, related concepts defined. The second part is the study of the present situation of the multiple subjects of higher vocational education, which analyzes on the present situation of our country’s diversified education from the two dimensions of school-running subject of investment and cooperation. The third part is the research of predicament in the multiple subjects of the higher vocational education which is analyzed from four aspects of public, private, corporate and industry in running a school. The fourth part is the international reference of the multiple subjects of the higher vocational education. From the two dimensions of "two subjects" and "multi subjects", this part studies the Enlightenment of the main body of the development of vocational education in the developed country to the multiple subjects of higher vocational education in our country. The fifth part is the countermeasures of improving the multiple subjects of higher vocational education. Four suggestions are put forward:the first is to improve the modern school system and give the school more autonomy; the second is to strengthen the guidance of higher vocational education held by social forces; the third is to improve the legal system of enterprise participation in vocational education; the fourth is to cultivate industry organizations to become school-enterprise cooperation platform to build a linkage model of "government, school, industry and enterprise".
