With the continuous development of art education, the quality education function of music teaching is becoming more and more prominent. The music education in high school is in the critical period of the students’ growth, and it has great influence on the development of the students’ lifelong music. Therefore, organize and carry out the good music teaching activities can not only enhance the overall atmosphere of music teaching, but also to comprehensive promote high schools music teaching development, cultivate students to enrich the vision of music and music literacy, in sentiment edification, character building, physical and mental harmony surface has positive significance. As the main body of the high school music teaching, the non art students are more widely used in music education. So in this paper I selected the ten Handan middle school music teaching situation as a research platform, the actual effect of today’s non art specialty students of music teaching activities are analyzed, and from the teaching idea, teaching principles, teaching design and implementation, teaching evaluation of these four aspects has carried on the comprehensive summary, so as to further promote music teaching in high schools to carry out. In this paper, we mainly discuss the full text of three chapters.First of all, the high school music classroom teaching situation investigation. Mainly includes the investigation of the high school music teaching ideas, including aesthetic education, music practice, interest in learning, and teaching methods etc.; investigation of music teaching principle, including participation principle, principle of emotion, pleasure principle; music teaching design and implementation of the survey, including teaching survey target, teaching important and difficult investigation, teaching investigation content and teaching methods of investigation, multimedia investigation, design of teaching process investigation; music teaching assessment survey, including principles of course evaluation and course evaluation content, course evaluation.Secondly, analyze the problems in the classroom teaching of senior high school music. Mainly focus on four points: the concept of high school music teaching needs to be changed, high school music teaching principle is not clear, high school musical teaching design and implementation needs to be strengthened, music teaching evaluation system needs to be improved.Finally, summarize the development strategy of the high school music classroom teaching. Mainly concentrated in four aspects: comprehensive transformation of high school music teaching, the development of philosophy, follow the high school music teaching development principle, pay attention to music teaching to carry out design and implementation, perfect the evaluation system of music teaching.
