In recent years, influenced by the market economy, the diversification of society development and the enterprise human capital allocation rule, the structural contradiction of supply and demand of talents more and more prominent and deepen, application technology talents more and more by the deep need of enterprise construction and social development. Under this background, the development of the society from all walks of life and gradually formed a consensus-- we also need to support different types of University. Of course, important to establish comprehensive first-class university, but equally important in Higher Vocational colleges. Vocational colleges shoulder the mission of the popularization of higher education, but also for the force of local services, is the cradle of training applied personnel in current business and social needs of the most extensive, will more and more by the vast numbers of students pursued.Higher vocational colleges that place cultivating senior technical personnel as the goal, we must strengthen practice teaching requirement of the target culture technology professional such, to enhance the students’ social practice ability and operation ability, enhance students’ practical ability and the ability to adapt to society. Practice teaching is the characteristics of higher vocational education, is to cultivate students’ technical application ability and the analysis question and an important way to solve the question ability. It is to realize the goal of training talents of higher occupation education is the key, the central link of training skilled personnel, is the important sign of distinguishing general education and occupation education in higher vocational colleges, is to measure whether do the core index characteristics and the level of. After years of constant exploration of Higher Vocational Colleges in China to practice teaching of higher vocational education, achieved good results. But because of the limitation of historical reasons and objective conditions, at present our country higher vocational institutions in the construction of practice teaching generally still exist many difficulties and problems, which need further study and solution. This article on the current China’s Higher Vocational College Practice Teaching Based on the theory analysis of the status quo, based on the investigation, we find the main problems restricting the development of the practice teaching of higher vocational colleges, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures, hope to further strengthen our higher vocational education connotation construction, promote the reform and development of teaching practice to provide reference effect of.In addition to the introduction and conclusion, is divided into four parts:The first part described the system orientation of school running, higher vocational colleges in China’s development and characteristics, introduced the meaning and characteristics of practice teaching, and practice teaching in Vocational Colleges and Tong Xing with the development course and teaching practice exist in the development of China’s Higher Vocational Education in an important position and role are briefly introduced.The second part introduces the author selected pilot colleges and universities to carry out the survey, and based on the statistical results of the questionnaire, to the point of face analysis current our country higher vocational college practice teaching concepts, contents, teachers construction, base construction, management mode and other aspects of the situation.The third part according to the analysis on the current status of China’s General Higher Vocational Colleges’ practice teaching, after reading lots of references, summarized our country most of the higher vocational college in carrying out practice teaching process exists the main question six aspects, respectively is the practice of old teaching idea; inadequate training facilities into practical teaching material; the lack of features the construction of practical teaching; teachers should be strengthened; practice teaching is lack of cooperation with enterprises closely; practice teaching management system is to be improved etc..The fourth part in view of the current problems in the teaching of Higher Vocational Colleges in China practice, learn from some successful experiences of developed countries and advanced regions of the practice teaching of higher vocational colleges get, put forward six countermeasures: first, change the idea, set up the "view of practice teaching people-oriented"; second, the implementation of the optimal allocation of resources, improve the conditions of practice teaching; third, the reform and practice of teaching content and teaching method, strengthen the construction of practice teaching materials; fourth, improving the practice teaching the status of teachers, the construction of practice teaching of "Dual Teachers"; fifth, the implementation of production study research combination, give full play to the role of training base outside the school; sixth, strengthen the practice teaching management, ensure the quality of practice teaching. The proposed measures closely around the issue of the status quo, has certain representativeness and pertinence.the research on teaching problems in vocational practice, will always be a core task of the development of China’s Higher Vocational colleges. For higher vocational colleges to cultivate application technology talents as the goal, praised the study on road learn in order to practise without end, the construction of practical teaching is always on the road.
