As the group with higher education degree and also the reserve forces of high-level talents, college students play an important role in the development of our country in the future. Being concerned about by the whole society, their mental health not only affects their healthy growth, but also bears close ties with the comprehensive enhancement of the quality of the whole nation's education and the process of the economic development.Shape training can enable full activity of whole body various spots joint, and the balanced development of the muscle of every part can contributes to the all-around development of the body. Frequent shape training can enable to make the bad-shaped bone in the right direction of development through the pressure and the pulling force of training actions. Body training can also promote students' mental health.The following are the findings.Traditional shape teaching has a certain effect on the improvement of female college students' body-shape. Compared with that before the experiment, score of height, hip, waist and thigh leg Wai bears significant features, and the score of chest and upper arm circumference shows no significant features.Optimized shape training's effects on female college students' body shape are more obvious. Compared with that before experiment, the score of weight, chest, waist, upper arm circumference and thigh leg Wai bears significant features. No significant differences exist in the height scores.Traditional shape training has a certain effect on female college students' mental health. There are significant differences between the scores of obsessive-compulsive, depression and anxiety before and after the experiment. No significant differences exist in the score of somatization, interpersonal relationships, hostilities, terror, paranoia and psychosis before and after the experiment.Optimized shape training's effects on female college students' mental health are significant. Not only the score of obsessive-compulsive, depression and anxiety before and after the experiment shows significant differences, but also significant differences exist in interpersonal relationships and psychosis before and after the experiment. No significant differences are found in somatization, terror and paranoia.
