At present, the secondary vocational education has been entered into the new period of comprehensive improvement of the quality of teaching. Secondary vocational students play the great role in all aspects of the economic, political, cultural and social development. But there lies a phenomenon of "heavy on skills, light on humanities" in NO.1 vocational school in Huangyan. The goal of cultivating talents of utilitarian thinking emphasis too much on "employment oriented", resulting in the graduates of NO.1 vocational school in Huangyan couldn’t keep pace with the social development. So, it has important theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the research on the humanistic quality education in NO.1 vocational school in Huangyan.Based on the study of a large number of relevant literature, this paper mainly used the questionnaire survey method and interview method for the teachers and students of the NO.1 vocational school in Huangyan, analysising the main problems of humanistic quality in the school, and put forward the corresponding countermeasure on the founded problem. The whole thesis research ideas and content as follows:This article is divided into five parts. The first part mainly expounds the background and significance of the research, the concept and theoretical basis of humanistic quality education are expounded through the discussion on the humanistic quality. The second part is taking about that NO.1 vocational school in Huangyan as the research object, analysising the students’ humanistic quality, comprehending the students’ knowledge and attitude of humanistic quality education, clearing the reality needs of students’humanistic quality education and the status of school to carry out the of humanistic quality education through a questionnaire survey. The third part and the forth part is analyzing the main reasons for the restriction of NO.1 vocational school in Huangyan of humanistic quality education from the five aspects of social, family, school, teachers and students themselves. The fifth part is focus on the problems, suggesting four aspects’practical ways for enhancing humanistic quality education in NO.1 vocational school in Huangyan are in terms of changing the education concept in NO.1 vocational school in Huangyan, strengthening the construction of the teaching system in NO.1 vocational school in Huangyan, perfecting education system in NO.1 vocational school in Huangyan, expanding the humanities quality education space inNO.1 vocational school in Huangyan.
