In recent years,quality education is advocated in the whole society medium occupation education has entered a new period of improving the quality of education and teaching.Under the purpose of training objectives "service for the employment oriented",the Secondary Vocational Schools have cultivated a large number of technical and skilled talents for the society.However,"Valuing skills and despising Humanistic quality education" is still a common phenomenon in secondary vocational schools.Most of the secondary vocational schools still stay in the cognitive stage in the humanistic quality education,and have not achieved substantive results.There are a series of problems such as the difficulty of training students to meet the needs of social development.Therefore,analysis of the current situation of humanistic education in vocational schools and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve students' humanistic quality,has a great theoretical significance and practical significance for the sustainable development of students and vocational schools.Based on the study of a large number of relevant literature and taking four secon dary vocational school students in Xiangtan city as the research object,,this paper ha s done a detailed investigation on the present situation of humanistic quality of student s in secondary vocational schools and analyzed the current situation of humanistic qua lity education in vocational schools,at last it reveals the reasons of poor humanistic q uality education in secondary vocational schools from society,school,family,school s tudents and other aspects,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.This thesis consists of four parts: The first part mainly analyzes the research background and significance of humanistic quality education in secondary vocational schools,the current research situation at home and abroad,and introduces the research ideas and research methods.The second chapter mainly carries on the data analysis to the questionnaire survey of four secondary vocational schools.The three part mainly elaborates the present situation of the humanities quality education in secondaryvocational school.In the third part,based on combing and summarizing the survey data,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the humanistic quality education in secondary vocational schools,and analyzes the causes of the problems from the aspects of society,family,school and students themselves.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the humanistic quality education in secondary vocational schools.
