After the seventy’s of last century, with the reform and opening up sweep across the earth, is Chinese education is developing rapidly, especially in the field of quality education is particularly prominent, primary school campus began to art education a big promotion, society start to pay more attention to the cultivation of comprehensive ability of young students. In recent years, along with the deepening of the music education in school education in teaching reform in education, primary school in Honghu city as an example, the music teaching has obtained the rapid development, in the process of popularization of quality education, let the students grow up healthily. However, in view of the local education and regional economic development in the limit, some primary school in the city will still exist the shortage of teachers, insufficient infrastructure, education and teaching means is obsolete, the teaching content is too monotonous phenomena. Author to the music teacher identity to the current music education in primary school to make visits, and have made in thinking the enthusiasm of the foundation, therefore this article has both double think rational knowledge and perceptual perception. The four primary school in Honghu city were selected as the research object, the school teaching practice as the main clue of the research, present situation of teaching reflected by several school to spy on the region of the primary school stage of music education, and through the analysis and summary of proposed how to more scientific and efficient development of a series of strategies of music teaching. This paper will be divided into five parts, and the one one to be explored.First of all, the first part of the thesis introduces the background and significance of the topic, the analysis of the current research achievements. Methods of the research is the combination of literature, questionnaire, interview several methods. The second part, the choice of a 4 primary school of Honghu city as the research object, the survey was carried out according to the current development of music teaching in these schools, the investigation object includes students, school leaders and teachers of music. The basic content of the questionnaire covers the school how to understand music teaching and music teaching material use, music courses, music teacher education and scientific research level, the students present musical quality and music learning interest and many other content. These contents can objectively reflect the real situation of the present teaching several schools. Third, a series of problems of music teaching in four elementary schools in the immediate concrete exposed to be summarized, standing in the schools, teachers, students and other angle to analyze and summarize the factors which will hinder the development of teaching. Fourth, analysis the feasibility of music teaching strategies of these a few schools, find out the influence on Teaching of internal and external environmental factors.
