So only the development of rural vocational education in order to improve farmers’ quality, improve agricultural productivity, increasing farmers’ income in order to fundamentally solve the problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers.To Wenzhou City in Zhejiang Province as the case in this article, apply theoretical knowledge and research background spelling out of farmers ’vocational education in the development of agriculture and the rural economy, peasant occupation education exploration in strengthening the scientific and technological quality of the farmers, improve the practical significance in the agricultural productivity, and proposed some related strategies occupation education of farmers in china. Provide the reference and basis for government decision-making in the occupation education, but also has important theoretical and practical significance in promoting the socialist new countryside construction.Through access to relevant literature, questionnaire and interview report sit on analysis approach, a basic understanding of clear status and development of Wenzhou farmers’ occupation education problems.On the various farmer occupation education form to carry on the analysis, and summed up in recent years farmer occupation education achievement, Mainly in the following areas:human continuously improving the quality of training, continuous innovation, the formation of brand effect, work more perfect mechanism of agricultural cultivation base, scale development.The Wenzhou city farmer by occupation education investigation, found that there are few problems, the survey results show that:now the rural agricultural production personnel is engaged in the general phenomenon of "women, aging, no culture", the agricultural output rate is relatively low, the farmers to carry out the modernization of agriculture income is not ideal; the overall quality is poor, is not conducive to the effective transformation of agricultural science and technology promotion and application of agricultural scientific and technological achievements.61.4% of respondents in the survey are aware of the importance of education of peasants occupation, but the actual has participated in the occupation education training or participated in not many people are willing to participate in,Summarizes the problems include the following:the government management system supply and demand imbalance, unreasonable, a serious shortage of funds, the farmers do not know the place. Analysis of the problems the reasons are as follows:the mechanism is not reasonable, legal system is not perfect; education and training resources are too dispersed, the lack of unified planning; the government finance investment is insufficient, source of funds is not fixed; affected by long-term social attitudes, prejudice on their occupation education.The occupation education of Chinese farmers problems, puts forward the following countermeasures:legal guarantee perfect farmer occupation education; integration of training resources, improve the training system; increase the farmer occupation education investment; the transformation of the training of peasant occupation education idea. In order to improve the farmer quality, cultivate a large number of "new culture, understand technology, will operate" farmers, and provide a reference basis for government decision-making in the occupation education.
