To solve the problem of employment of college graduates today, in both universities basic courses about career planning, at the same time, colleges and universities has also set up specifically for the guidance of graduate employment service center. To career planning education in high school daily teaching, lets the student in high school and career planning is beneficial to improve the comprehensive quality of students, both exercise students’ ability of comprehensive development, and promote its growth up, is more advantageous to education resources optimization allocation, and to a certain extent, solve the problem of youth employment.At present, some developed eastern area schools have begun to carry out career planning education in high school school, explicit curriculum generally specialising in career guidance course, seminar, career education series class meeting, to visit companies, liberal arts branch instruction and senior college guidance form, etc. Recessive courses normally with various branches teaching as the carrier, but discipline penetration in the mental health class, in the form of more involved in the political lesson, less in other disciplines. In view of this, the author in the basic education curriculum reform outline and the high school history new curriculum standard, under the guidance of the spirit of the work in basic education in the process of continuous practice and summary, using a combination of practical research and theoretical research, attempts to explore how to career planning education combined with history teaching. The author collected through questionnaire survey, data statistics, case, practical observation, of penetration in history class career planning to collect the information, consult the relevant research results, summed up the connotation of career planning, high school characteristics, influence factors, as well as the existing problems. Attempts to comb the countermeasures to solve the problem, promote the charm of high school history teaching, improve students’ ability, help students to experience the happiness and success history learning fun.
