With the development of higher education in our country,the students’ competition among college is more intense, especially in the independent college, which has no country’s material and policy support compared with the public school, and at the same time, it is facing the gradual loss of the brand effect after the transfer. CDWL College is a private college, which is formed by the independent college,it’s related to his future that how to keep the competitive advantage and realize the transformation of the school development. While students are the "customers" of the school,students’ satisfaction should be the pursuit of CDWL college, which aims to cultivate the applied talents.Therefore, the CDWL college should carry out professional evaluation on the students’ satisfaction of their education, management, service and so on, find out the advantages and disadvantages among its development, adjust the measures and Strategies of educational management and service to improve the students’ satisfaction, and then promote the market competitiveness of the college.Based on the theory of customer satisfaction, this paper analyzes the current situation college education and management of CDWL college, and then constructs the evaluation model of the students’ satisfaction degree with the reference of ACSI model and domestic scholars.The two level index system includes six aspects: school reputation, teaching service, library service, administrative service, campus culture,logistics and life service. Secondly, according to the external environment and the development of the college, the two levels of indicators are quantified, and the students’ satisfaction survey questionnaire is formed.Thirdly, through the questionnaire survey and statistical analysis of the results,we have a more accurate grasp of the college students’ satisfaction,and a detailed analysis of the pros and cons of the college with the use of the four quadrant analysis method,which provide a basis for countermeasures and suggestions. Finally, aiming at the problems of student satisfaction measurement, this study puts forward some concrete measures and suggestions for the teaching management of the college, so as to combine the customer relationship management ideas and business philosophy and the school practice, provide a certain reference for the development of the university, make a useful exploration to improve the market competitiveness of the University.
