Changli county, locates in Qin Huangdao City Hebei province, is the famous home of folk music in China. Changli folk music is colorful, "changli three songs" is the most distinctive, including Changli folk song"," Changli blowing song", " Changli yangko" "Changli yangko" and "changli folk song" in both 2006 and 2008 were included in the national non-material cultural heritage list, "changli blowing song" in 2007 was included in the Hebei provincial non-material cultural heritage list, and they became the main types of folk music in Hebei province. In the long history of development, "Changli three songs" enriched the social life of the local people and become the indispensable art form in Changli people’s daily life."Changli three songs" rooted in Changli local culture, in recent years as people pay increasing attention to the inheritance of non-material cultural heritage protection, studies of Changli folk music gradually achieved some results. Although the social recognition of Changli folk music increases gradually, but the research of putting the Changli folk song into the primary and secondary school music teaching is still rare. The "music course standard of compulsory education "pointed out clearly that the schools at all levels can develop the local folk music resources, introduce the local music to the classroom teaching. So, it should be the general music education worker’s responsibility and moral duty to develop and use excellent local music resources in the basic music education with guidance and purpose. Basic music education which based on schools should also be an important way of folk music inheritage.This paper takes Qin Huangdao No 2 Middle School which has a good traditional art education as its research object, based on the actual situation of the school, does some necessary research and brief analysis on the present situation of the Changli campus folk music inheritance and the concrete implementation way of Changli campus folk music, and then promotes a series of the teaching and research activities of Changli folk music in pilot schools. When expounding on the teaching practice, with the Changli folk song". " Changli blowing song", " Changli yangko" as the teaching content, discusses the form of specific teaching in detailes. Starting from the features and artistic quality of" Changli three songs", with specific representative song and dance music resources as the materials, on this basis, it develops and utilizes changli folk music into the junior middle school music curriculum. It does great impacts on the expansion of local music course content of Qin huangdao local music, school-based teaching materials of the course content and the teaching material development, the diversification of curriculum content, the native language features of Changli folk music, the enrichment of expressions and the cultural inheritance of Changli traditional folk music.This paper concludes the introduction, which mainly discusses the significance of this research, the research status quo and comprehensive statement on the collected materials; The first chapter is the introduction of changli folk music, it carries on a brief introduction of the formation, development and the characteristics of Changli folk song, blowing songs, Changli yangko; The second chapter mainly analyzes the current main pass way of the Changli folk music, thus lead to the main research content of this article is inheriting Changli folk music in school education; The third chapter mainly analyzes the specific problems in introducing changli folk music into campus; The fourth chapter, it is the core of the paper, it develops on several aspects including Qin huangdao changli folk music inheritance research, classroom teaching practice, and extracurricular activities. Finally is the conclusion part, it puts forward the conclusion and teaching suggestions according to the teaching practice of Qinhuangdao No.2 middle school, hoping to share and promote the experience of the inheritance of Qin Huangdao Changli folk music in Qin Huangdao No 2 Middle School to other brother schools. The full paper consists six parts altogether.
