Chinese culture has a long history with rich content,and local folk songs and music culture,as an important content of Chinese culture,are passed down in different regions.Local folk songs have different contents and forms,but they have the same important artistic and cultural values.In various times,local folk songs are the expression of emotions in production activities for different classes,a true mirror of social life at that time,recording the social customs and life of the people at that time,which is of great artistic and cultural research value.Local folk songs are treasures of the people in different times,and cultural and artistic creations in the specific historical context of that time.Its singing,form and lyrics have an obvious trait of the times with cultural imprint,has an important guiding role in the development of modern music,which is of great historical and cultural and research value.However,with the development of the times,due to the impact of foreign and emerging cultures,the social influence of local folk songs has been gradually reduced,with a lower sense of existence.Yi Bin folk songs as a part of local folk songs is also facing the problem of weak inheritance.Enable.Yibin folk songs to enter the local junior high school music classroom,so that students can feel the unique art form of Yibin folk songs and enjoy the historical life images depicted by Yibin folk songs,so that students can travel in the music ocean of Yibin folk songs and return to history,which is of great significance to cultivate students’ artistic aesthetic ability and improve their national cultural selfconfidence.Also,access to local junior high school music classes for Yibin folk songs plays an important role in promoting the inheritance and development of Yibin folk songs.The 2011 edition of Music Course Standard for Compulsive Education has new requirements for the educational and teaching model.Exploration of excellent local folk songs and continuous exploration of local folk songs as a music teacher in the classroom are conducive to enriching classroom teaching content,cultivating students’ feelings in their hometown and improving their comprehensive quality.Also,it was stipulated in the Guidelines for Improving the Education of Excellent Traditional Culture of the Chinese Nation issued in April 2014 that the education system of excellent traditional Chinese culture should be integrated into the curriculum and teaching material system [1].One point is also highlighted in the latest Art Curriculum Standard for Compulsive Education(2022Edition)[2]: cultivate students’ perception of music,especially their understanding of Chinese national music,so as to enhance their cultural confidence.Yibin folk song,as a traditional music culture with regional characteristics in Yibin,is not only a simple song,but also the spiritual sustenance of generations of working people in Yibin.Hence,getting Yibin folk songs into the local junior high school music classroom not only responds to the requirements of national policies,but also can promote the inheritance and development of local music culture,and light up the street lights for cultural inheritance and education.In view of educators and from the perspective of artistic aesthetics,this study introduces Yibin folk songs into the music classroom of No.4 Middle School in Yibin City for teaching practice,investigates the current teaching situation of Yibin folk songs in this school,analyzes the ideological state of students,and makes some reflections according to the specific problems found in the teaching practice.The full text consists of five parts,the first part is the introduction of this thesis,which includes the study basis and background of Yibin folk song teaching practice in junior high school music classroom,the reasons for selecting topics,the main problems and methods to be solved,the status of study at home and abroad and the study methods used.As an overview of Yibin folk songs,Part 2 includes the introduction of Yibin folk songs,the music,cultural characteristics of Yibin folk songs,and the status quo of inheritance and dissemination of Yibin folk songs.Part 3 is about the teaching status of Yibin folk songs in the junior high school of Yibin No.4 Middle School.Meanwhile,a questionnaire survey was conducted for the students in the class where the author teaches and an interview with the music teachers in this university.Part 4 is the teaching practice carried out by the author according to the current teaching situation and their own actual conditions,and an analysis on the effectiveness and deficiencies.Part 5 is for reflections and suggestions on the teaching practice of Yibin folk songs in local junior high school music classes.Nowadays,students in junior high school can easily lose their way in the numerous and messy types of music out of curiosity and the so-called pursuit of trendy culture due to the highly developed information technology,and it is difficult to identify and select valuable music culture.Also,the excellent Yibin folk song culture should be effectively inherited and developed,rather than disappearing in the wave of the times.Hence,it is a teaching practice of the author to protect the inheritance of Yibin folk songs and cultivate students’ comprehensive quality by enabling Yibin folk songs to enter the local junior high school music classroom,enabling students to learn excellent Yibin folk songs through scientific and reasonable education methods,cultivate students’ proper music aesthetics,and improve the position of Yibin folk songs in students’ hearts.I hope to break through all difficulties and contribute a little to the inheritance of Yibin folk songs and the cultivation of highly qualified students through my love of Yibin folk songs and education.
