The study was aimed at exploring the relationships among Work Value,Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention of Middle School Teachers from New Generation,and to explore their Work Value,Job Satisfaction weather have influence on Turnover Intention.Also,the study provided a basis for maintain the physical and mental health of Middle School Teachers from New Generation,and to promote their quality of work and life.We use Work Value Scale,Teacher Job Satisfaction Scale,Turnover Intention Scale to do research on the Middle School Teachers from New Generation.The results are as follows:(1) Turnover Intention of Middle School Teachers from New Generation is higher than median,their Turnover Intention is in a medium level;(2)There are significant age,education,seniority,annual income differences in Turnover Intention.For specific performance,turnover intention of middle school teachers from new generation aged under 25 years old and between 26-30 years old is higher than teachers aged 31-35 years old;university degree and master degree or above is higher than college degree;teachers from new generation’s seniority in 3-5 years is highest,also teachers seniority in 0-2 years is higher than 10-15 years;3-40000 income and 4-50000 income is higher than over 50000 income;(3) There are significant correlative among work value, job satisfaction and turnover intention of middle school teachers from new generation;(4)Work value in middle school teachers from new generation have direct effect on turnover intention,while job satisfaction plays a partial intermediary role in the relationship between work value and turnover intention.Eventually come to the conclusion,results are as follows:(1) Turnover intention of middle school teachers from new generation is in the medium level;(2)While the middle school teachers from new generation gets more negative,the lower their job satisfaction is,the higher their turnover intention is.On the contrary,their turnover intention will be reduced.(3)The work value of middle school teachers from new generation not only directly affect the turnover intention,but also can support the indirect influence path through job satisfaction,while job satisfaction is the intermediary variable between work value and turnover intention.
