As China’s tourism industry is developing into its mainstay industry, the developing of tourism drives the flourishing of tourism education.As an important part of tourism, the position of tourism is gradually promoting, the need of tourism planning talents is increasing.The research of tourism planning talents is far behind the development of tourism planning.In this paper, methods of text analysis、document reading、comparative analysis、case study and so on are used in aims to analysis 100 contexts from the recruitment needs refer to tourism planning.By studying humanistic curriculum theory, comparing the plans of tourism planning talents cultivation in 8 domestic colleges which have the discipline of tourism planning.The purpose is widening the research areas of tourism education and supplying theory support for tourism study.There are four main parts in this paper.Part I:Collect 100 posts of tourism planning talents through the websites and then analysis the recruitment needs, sort out the responsibilities of tourism planning post, refine the main requests that most tourism planning companies need: education background, working experience, abilities and professionalism.Part II: expound the concept of humanistic curriculum theory, mainly contain the curriculum objective, curriculum content, curriculum implementation and relate study.At the same time, demonstrate the possibilities of using humanistic curriculum theory to guide the tourism planning talents cultivation.Part III: analysis the training program of 8 colleges, and compare their training objectives, training years, training ways, curriculum arrangement and training evaluation.Part IV: combine the former analysis; conclude the training program under the humanistic curriculum perspective.The innovation of this paper is introducing humanistic curriculum into tourism education, especially for tourism planning talents cultivation.By using several innovation study methods such as text analysis and case study, the study of tourism education becomes more possible theoretical and meaningful.
