With the development of fundamental education reform, especially the reform of curriculum, the conception of life oriented teaching has been accepted universally by the executive teachers, also been exploited practically and theoretically. Although there has been a great number of research on the life oriented teaching system and never be shorted on practical and theoretical teaching method in ideological and ethical education, few experiences exist by law teaching module.Therefore, it is particularly important to complete the concrete method of life oriented teaching by law teaching module.The research started by the related conception of life oriented teaching class, aimed at the contemporary state of the research through the angle of courses itself, further illustrate the significance of life oriented teaching and the priority created by the law teaching module. In succession, supported by the author’s own experience and feelings through law teaching module, as the deficient understanding of teaching goal, the difference between teaching content and reality, the less comprehensive teaching process, the deficient creativity of teaching technique, and the difficulty of teachers and students’ satisfaction for evaluation criterion to illustrate the difficulty of the implement. The main causes existed are as follows, examination-oriented education affect the implement of law teaching module,the law teaching module is only near the life oriented teaching not involves in it, the process of the law teaching conducted by the format not practice, the evaluation of the lawteaching module is not scientific and available.Since the difficulty and cause of life oriented teaching by law teaching module still exist, suggestions are given to deal with the problems. First, during the teaching process, teachers should stick to the principle of combination, including the law education and ethical education, the guidance of teacher and student’s self-education, the knowledge learning and social practice, the cultivation of law awareness and daily behaviors. Second, the teaching strategy of ideological and ethical education system should be adopted, confirm the teaching goals,broaden the teaching content, and adopt the method of life oriented teaching, construct an ideal criterion of life oriented teaching might also be necessary.
