With the acceleration urbanization process of China, in order to adapt to the development of productive forces,more and more young people make money to urban areas, Due to the restrictiuons hukou system, family economic level and intensity of work and other factors, These migrant workers have to send their children to stay in rural areas, thus forming more and more rural left behind children.Childhood is a critical period of a personal, because of lacking parental care and education, safety issues of left-behind children occoued frequently in recent years, it has been caused the wide attention of the society. Rural left-behind children’s healthy growth is not only related to the happiness of family, but also relates to social stability. In order to build a new socialist countryside, objectively pay more attention to the left-behind children, so studying of rural left-behind children safety problems deeply, has both theoretical significance and practical significance.In this paper, the concept of social work values as a guide, professional theory as the support, group work methods as a means of in-depth study of rural left-behind children safety problems. Addition to the introduction of this article is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is mainly on several important concepts to define the connotation and denotation, and introduces the meaning of team work, principle, theoretical basis and advantage analysis;the second chapter L village places for field survey area, through L village left-behind children interviews and surveys, a preliminary understanding of L village left-behind children living adapt ordinary conditions, according to the survey results and interviews, found the problem and to analyze the causes of the problem; Chapter III using group work, combining the characteristics of left-behind children and existing security problems designed to plan, conduct left-behind children growth group on the problems of effective interventions to address left-behind children problem,and group activities and results of the assessment process evaluation; The fourth chapter according to the situation of director behavior change and case situation came to the conclusion that we have achieved the goal of team work in the future development and application of the school social work related Suggestions are put forward.
