The Study On Social Work Organizations' Intervention Into The Safety Protection Of Left-Behind Children

For a long time,problems of left-behind children is very concerned by government,families,society and it is also a study-hot spot.What's more,left-behind children's safety problems have sparked some controversy among the public.In recent years,safety occurrences of left-behind children are frequently revealed by the media and it greatly affects people's nerves.Child protection for their safe has been placed on the agenda as the protection power is obviously weak,and it makes the quality of life and health of left-behind children under severe threat.Since 2016,China has aggressively implemented care and protective precautions of left-behind children by surveys,and our country has called all possible forces into action to do an effective protection for left children's as well.Many scholars explored problems of left-behind children,such as educational problems,mental issues,moral problems and so on.However,this research emphasizes safe protection issues of left-behind children.Considering the limitations of schools,government and families,this study proposes that social organizations should be involved in an intervention for left-behind children's safety protection.On the basis of the discourse of necessity and feasibility of social organizations' intervention in left-behind children's safety protection,through interviews with several left-behind children,guardians,teachers,person in charge of left-behind children's work and cases analysis,this study points out factors and process of social organizations' intervention that including the content of intervention,intervening methods and interactions with the rest of the organization,it also reveals effective experiences,for example,making use of all the channels,paying attention to safety education feedback,teaching by playing and so on.At the same time,this article analyses the inside and outside factors that affect intervention.It's result from the social organizations' poor capacity of self-development,and haven't a explicit service subject,weak linking among government,school and the whole society,the lack of civic awareness,left-behind children's insufficient management.According to the analyses above,this paper summarizes effective practices and puts forward suggestions for left-behind children's safety protection,such as cooperative governance with a fusion of schools and families to displayed a pattern of the whole people participate in their safety protection,mutual help among neighbors which means using the power of acquaintance society,exploring online resources to creat safety protection networks,controlling the source of left-behind children safety,that is,starting by making good of their families.What's the most important is enhancing self-protection ability.
