Interactive Whiteboard as a new member of the auxiliary teaching information tool was highly favored by first-line teachers with its strong compatibility, high interactive, convenient operation and rich resources since formally put into Chinese basic education in 2004.Studies have shown that the most advantageous in Interactive Whiteboard is mathematics, followed by English and science among various disciplines. Therefore, how to make use of the interactive electronic whiteboard in the mathematics classroom becomes the focus of people’s attention.Teaching design ability of teachers is the real decisive role in teaching, the teaching tool is only a supporting role. So only the combination of teaching design technology and handy tool for teaching can fundamentally improve the classroom efficiency, promote the process of curriculum reform. This paper study how to carry out teaching design under the support of interactive electronic whiteboard with its advantage of auxiliary teaching, breaking through the key and difficult points in classroom, improve students’ participation, and achieving the purpose of enhancing the efficiency of classroom teaching by combing the related research achievements both in at home and abroad based on vision of psychology and teaching theory and subject characteristics of junior school mathematics which is starting with subject characteristics of junior middle school mathematics,, discussing the theoretical basis about middle school mathematics classroom application of interactive whiteboard.Then this paper takes Grade two of Woman junior school l as the experiment object to discuss to the effect of interactive electronic whiteboard in junior school mathematics classroom by design case used in classroom teaching, using the comparative method to quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.Research shows that interactive functions of Interactive Whiteboard has the positive effect on interactive activities in classroom and the compatible function make the teaching form diversify that could attract students’ attention. For example, dynamic teaching function of geometric sketchpad greatly plays mathematical teaching tools of whiteboard, at the same time, greatly enriches the teaching means, and improves the students’ interest in learning and increase students’ sense of ownership.
