With the dramatic increase in knowledge, autonomous learning has gradually become the main way of adult learning, this article through to the ordinary university S university adult education of students’ autonomous learning situation investigation, discusses the adult education students in autonomous learning problems, to explore the causes of these problems, and finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.Autonomous learning is not only the inevitable requirement of social development and school education, also is the inevitable requirement of learners’ individual development, the independent learning ability is a learner must have the ability, it can not only improve the quality of the learner’s study in school is also the important basis for the development of lifelong learners, also is the inherent requirement of lifelong learning and learning society. For inspection of the adult education of the students’ autonomous learning all mainly by professor qi mo diffuse autonomous learning based on psychological structure. Autonomous learning is mainly composed of learning motivation, learning methods, self-monitoring and learning environment of four big dimension, detailed study on learning motivation dimension value consciousness, students’ self-efficacy, learning attribution and learning objectives; In self-monitoring dimension concrete examination study plan, learning time management and self adjusting three aspects; And the concrete investigation in the dimension of the learning environment two aspects of academic help-seeking, academic resources. For under the guidance of this theory to explore adult-education students this special colony in autonomous learning problems, influencing factors and countermeasures and Suggestions.In this paper, the main research method is questionnaire, interview and case study. On the design of the questionnaire was conducted based on the theories of autonomous learning mental make-up, for under the guidance of the theory of comprehensive study adult-education students on autonomous learning problems; On the use of interview methods, I tried to examine the influence of the outside of the autonomous learning theory of adult education of students’ autonomous learning factors and countermeasures to promote their autonomous learning; At the end of the paper through the case study at the university of S, selection of the adult education in common colleges and universities student as sample to explore adult-education students in autonomous learning problems, influencing factors, and finally is operational countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.The main content of this article is:First of all, based on the description of the adult-education school environment, shows that under the influence of the adult education students there are more problems in autonomous learning, and on this basis, put forward the adult education students on autonomous learning there is what problem, what affect their autonomous learning and how we can to solve these problems?Second, described emphatically, analyzed the process of the development of the theory of autonomous learning, points out that in recent years the international researchers in the autonomous learning is no longer on many things, but began to absorb the autonomous learning views and opinions of the other schools. Social cognitive school Zimmerman integrated the views and ideas of different schools, puts forward a system of autonomous learning research framework, pay attention to the examination of learning motivation, learning methods, learning environment and self adjust the dimensions of the four big, only scholars in different research process of constructing the four big dimensions do not match the dimensions of the following.Again, including external effect theory, adult learning theory and the theory of autonomous learning, under the guidance of theory of three specific to explore its application in the adult education of students’ autonomous learning.
