With the rapid development of economy, urgent need of quality education,diversified demand of talent, class management is being changed from traditional teacher-controlled way into class autonomous management. Class autonomous management can inspire students’ enthusiasm and improve students’ ability of self-management and self-education, promote students’ self-knowledge and self-realization. So studying class autonomous management meets the need of society.The scholars pay more attention to the class management of primary and secondary schools, less to vocational education. With the development of market economy, vocational education has a significant effect on economy and human traing.So it’s necessary to study the problems of vocational education and promotes its developing.After studying the relevant materials, the writer made a survey of class autonomous management in School Y. Some problems of class management show up,such as the lack of democracy, lack of students’ initiative, the low degree of class teacher’s speciality, and the lack of support from the school leaders. The writer found out the reasons from three aspects. According to the related reasons, the school spirit and the four heart education, some suggestions were given. Inspire students’ confidence, for confidence is the premise for class management. Construct class culture to create the environment of self-education. Strengthen labor education to improve the ability of student self-management. The class teachers should find out the students’ potential, encourage all the students to join in class management. Class teachers may read more, think more, and improve their ability of class management.School should give support in policy, material and spirit, and so on.The writer is not quite mature in knowledge and the way of thinking, so the paper is not deep and full enough. But the writer will make it full and perfect in the later work and study. It is hoped that this study can prompt the implement of class autonomous management in School Y and meanwhile prompt the development of the students, teachers and school.
