While China’s economic development, the state has strengthened its focus on culture, art colleges and universities of our country has been rapid development in recent years, teachers nurture talent as a body, the growth of a very deep impact on the people, because our traditional education influence Shenyang stem, resulting in China’s current art faculty of University there are many problems, if not improve, it will directly affect the students’ self-development, will affect the overall level of teaching arts colleges and universities, thus enhancing the art of University Teachers team building has a very important practical significance.This study consists of six parts:The first part is an introduction,preface introduces the background and significance of this study,elaborate research status of teachers,and introduce the full text of research content and methods.The second part is related to the concept and theoretical basis,mainly on the concept of College Teachers’Construction of Universities to define art,also introduced when used in this study incentive theory and the theory of the movement of persons.The third part of the status quo of art colleges of teachers are introduced to Shenyang Academy of Music,for example,to describe the status quo of teachers,including in-service teachers educational structure,age structure and the title structure,etc.,for the following study provides some foreshadowing.The fourth part of the Teachers Training College art problems and analyze the causes of this chapter is the full text of the key elements to沈阳Conservatory example,analysis of Shenyang Conservatory teachers Problems include:teachers staff instability,Teachers Enrollment corruption exists,the irrational structure of teachers of teachers,the quality of teachers needs to be improved and so on.The causes of these problems are:school team efforts to train enough teachers,teachers lack of effective competition mechanism,the lack of scientific planning and development of teachers,teachers lack good growth environment.The fifth part proposes measures to strengthen the ranks of teachers in art schools.Measures include:good teachers development planning,increase input in the construction of teachers,reform and improve teacher employment Shenyang stem,establish a reasonable evaluation mechanism and pay attention to personnel training and the introduction of existing teachers and the like.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect,art schools ranks of teachers Construction research conclusions are summarized and presented to the prospect of future research work.In this paper, we analyze the problems existing in the construction of the teachers in the Shenyang music college, and point out the main problems in the construction of the teachers in Shenyang college, and to explore the reasons of the problems and propose the effective measures to strengthen the construction of teachers in art colleges. It is hoped that the research results of this paper can provide some reference for other same type of art colleges.
