Along with the deepen reform of higher education system of China, especially to the enrollment integration, and university tuition system reform, the problem of poverty college students has become the social focus, which has received much attention from the government, university and the general public. In order to solve the problem of poverty college students, a series of subsidization policies for these students has been formulated. So far, the excellent subsidizing system to poverty college students by combing he Green Channel and the aspects including the “Award, help, loan, ground, fill, minus(free). The tuition and cost of living can be solved by the system of the state student loan and all kinds of financial aids, at the same time, financial strain on families and psychological burden for poverty students could be released to a certain extent.The higher vocational colleges are an important part of higher education, taking on heavy responsibility for training the both practical and technical talents for society. However, compared with undergraduate’s colleges, the poor rate is much more serious and number of poverty students is even greater in higher vocational Colleges for a variety reasons. On the ground of the particularity of the poverty students of vocational colleges, there are many contradictions and problems during the implementation of subsidizing in higher vocational colleges. For this purpose, the author takes Yang Ling Vocational Collage as the example, using the method of literature review, questionnaire research, and interview to survey the current subsidizing system of the poverty students of Higher Vocational College, to evaluate the effects of work. And Through analyzing the questionnaire results systematically, comparing and summarizing the interviews results, is to handle the crux of current subsidizing system for the poverty college students. Yang Ling Vocational College is one of the first state-level model vocational college among the 28 colleges with representative problems, which can lead to the specific common problem of all the higher vocational colleges. The author consulted a large amount of literature review, the research and the results at home and abroad was reviewed systemically. In view of the current problem of poverty subsidizing system and the characteristics of higher education, five aspects are put forward: to identify poverty college students in scientific and reasonable way, to establish the subsidizing system focusing on the finance with compensation, to enlarge the medium of work-study program, to giving prominent place for the state-level student loan, to fulfill the aiding by the moral education. From five aspects mentioned above, the feasibility strategies to improve the current poverty-stricken subsidiary are suggested, to strengthen the management of poverty subsidizing system and implement the system completely. In addition, the study and life of poverty students could be better solved in higher vocational Colleges lay a solid foundation for establishment of harmonious college campus, society and enhancing the social economy. The paper is consist of five Chapters : Chapter 1, To introduce the background, purpose, significance, the research contents, methods and creative keys; Chapter 2: To identify the concepts and theory related with higher vocational poverty subsidizing work; Chapter 3: To investigate and analyze the current poverty subsidizing situation of Yang Ling Vocational College; Chapter 4: To show the main problems existing among the Higher Vocational College; Chapter 5: To put forward the suggestion and strategies to solve the problem of poverty subsidizing work of Higher Vocational Colleges...
