Nowadays, teachers impart too much symbolic knowledge but less logical knowledge and valuable knowledge to students in the Chinese character classes of Primary school, so we put forward the subject of the meaning of epistemology of the Chinese characters and the teaching strategy research. This topic uses literature research, comparative research and other research methods to point out that "the epistemological relevance of the Chinese characters are in the knowledge and ability, spirit and wisdom, and then discusses the teaching strategy of Chinese characters. The full text mainly is divided into five parts.The first part is "introduction", this part mainly through the nature of knowledge, structure, value and the nature of Chinese characters, structure, value to identify Chinese epistemology significance. The second part mainly concludes the four problems : the teaching Chinese characters meaning deficiencies, malnutrition, teaching process loss and value. At the same time analysis the causes of the formation of problems: for the generation of Chinese characters, properties, structure, value understanding and teaching process and the way of practice. From the nature and features of Chinese characters, the structure and elements of Chinese characters, Chinese characters of meaning and value, The third part parses the characters of knowledge theory of meaning. The fourth part is based on "the epistemological relevance of the Chinese characters, put forward" mix strategy "" holistic strategy" "richness strategy" three teaching strategies. The fifth part mainly includes the research conclusion, limitation and research reflection and the prospect.
