| The problems of backward students in the class are inevitable to all the head teachers and other teachers, which seriously slow the growth and development of students. The writer studied the concept of the backward students, the cause, conversion strategies, results and the self negative tendency based on CNKI and widely literature.The writer also studied the students from class B in Gongxing Junior Middle School through investigation, observation and interview and found that most of the students were backward students presenting bad grades, poor conduct, problems with parents,tense relationship with teachers and students and serious self negative tendency. By analyzing the students, the writer studied the features, types, causes and conversion strategies of self negative tendency. Students in junior middle school with self negative tendency are likely to keep away from others, be sensitive easily, despite others, gain notoriety, hate everything and revenge society. self negative tendency can be divided into self-identity denial, self-consciousness denial and self-ability denial according to the contents, self-abasement, self-disorder, self-out of control and suicide according to the intensity. The causes include family problems, school problems, personal problems.The conversion strategies include renewing ideas, hoisting ability, creating environment, experiencing success and guiding correct values.The thesis consists of exordium, survey of students from class B in Gongxing Middle School, tendency of self-denial, conversion strategies and conclusion and emphasizes the manifestation, types, causes and conversion strategies of backward students. |
