The essence of the applied information technology integration and junior high school ideology and morality course resources development lies in the fundamental reform of classroom teaching structure, which traditionally centered on teachers, and cultivation of the creativity and practical ability of the students.This dissertation carries on systematical research on applied information technology and junior high school ideology and morality course resources development by adopting literature research method, questionnaire survey and investigation method, individual interview and action research method.It discusses the research background and significance of the topic, briefs on the research trend home and abroad and defines the research methods and contents. The papers analyzes the necessity of the applied information technology integration and junior high school ideology and morality course resources development by explaining the urgency and meaning of the integration. Based on the analysis of the current status of information technology and course integration, it also probes into existing issues and influence factors occurring in the current integration and development.Combining the fast-growing emerging educational technology, the papers aims to study the fundamental strategies for junior high school ideology and morality course integration and explore the integration of applied information technology and teaching practice for the development of junior high school course resources.The research indicates it is imperative to apply information technology to the integration of the junior high school ideology and morality course resources, which needs joint efforts from different sectors. Technology is only an approach while the nature of education is essential. In the daily teaching practice, continuous exploration of emerging technology will bring infinitive opportunities for education development, realize the in-depth and efficient integration of information technology and course as to achieve the ultimate goal of developing students’ innovative ability and practical ability.
