Since twentieth Century, the development of secondary vocational schools in the world plays a very important role, it is an important type of education has been recognized by many countries. Secondary vocational school is a national education, science and technology, economic and social development to a certain degree of product, is the need to meet the needs of education, but also the steady development of China’s education.Therefore, how to evaluate the work status of the secondary vocational school teachers and the quality of the work should be solved urgently. Teachers not only have to bear the pressure of their own work, but also to face the reflection and reconstruction of educational ideas, professional consciousness and professional behavior. It is the key to the education of middle vocational school teachers’ job satisfaction and job burnout. Whether from the perspective of promoting teachers’ professional development, or from the perspective of promoting sustainable development of secondary vocational school, the relationship between teachers’ job satisfaction and job burnout and the relationship between the two should be paid enough attention.In this study, the teachers of secondary vocational school in Chengde City, Hebei Province as the research object, the questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, through understanding of the status quo, explore the relationship between job satisfaction and job burnout, and combined with the actual situation of Chengde City, put forward countermeasures.
