Teachers' job burnout is a state of sub-health refers to the teachers are faced with work stress due to unable to cope with,in this state of the sub-health,teachers show the negative side in the work.They are often not satisfied with the teacher profession,and gradually lose working enthusiasm as well as become more and more indifferent to the students and colleagues.A lot of researches about job burnout show that the teacher is a high-risk group to become job burnout,but the burnout of teachers have some regional differences and the differences between disciplines,so the study of the accounting teachers' job burnout in secondary vocational school in Dongguan city is very necessary,this study used questionnaire and interview records to study accounting teachers in 13 secondary vocational school in Dongguan city.The full text is divided into five partsThe first part is the introduction to the theory of job burnout,tells the story of job burnout basic meaning,domestic and foreign scholars on job burnout of the main theories and models.The second part is present situation investigation of secondary vocational accounting teachers' job burnout,focuses on the reliability and validity of the teachers'job burnout survey tool as well as the implementation,and related analysis on the investigation results,Analysis showed that in the teachers' burnout questionnaire survey of the 150 accounting teachers in 13 secondary vocational school in Dongguan city,found that most of the accounting teachers of secondary vocational have job burnout,but most of them are in a state of slight job burnout;Using the method such as Record of Interview expounds the behavior of secondary vocational accounting teachers' job burnout.The third part is the reason of the secondary vocational school accounting teachers'job burnout.This study analyzes the causes of the teachers' job burnout from personal factors,school factors and social factors.The fourth part is the analysis of negative effects about secondary vocational accounting teachers' job burnout.The study states the negative effects for teachers' own development and students'development and social development mainly from the three dimensions of job burnout.The fifth part is the countermeasures to relieve and prevent teachers'job burnout,in order to relieve and prevent job burnout,this paper expands analysis respectively from three aspects of persona land school and society,the teacher should adjust cognitive and strategy at work as well as strengthen the construction of mental health,actively adapt to the teaching environment;Schools need to implement humanized management,provide good development platform for teachers,and create favorable conditions for the promotion of the teacher's professional enthusiasm campus;Society needs to enhance the social image of secondary vocational schools through a variety of control measures,to optimize the social environment further support to the development of secondary vocational accounting courses.
