As is known to all, Senior Grade One is the very beginning of the whole high school, which plays an important role in the function of linking the middle school to high school. On account of the vast changes of the physiology, psychology and environment, learning capacity, learning difficulties, interpersonal relations and so on, their learning methods, learning habits are badly in need of change. The psychological pressure they take on is also growing. The increasing stress not only will affect the lives of students and learning, and even affect their whole life and career. As such, it is really necessary fur us to pay much more attention to their mental health, and in-depth understanding of the students’ psychological pressure, and spare no efforts to find practical ways to ease the psychological pressure of countermeasure, so that they are able to grow up healthily and happily.The author applies two forms questionnaire: Di Min’s master’s thesis "the life stress event questionnaire" and Professor Wang Jisheng’s "middle school students mental health questionnaire", to carry out a survey on the students’ psychological pressure of the students Soochow University High School. Through this investigation, the main stress source of high school students in academic life after entering high school is divided into four main aspects: 1.the students themselves : self expectation, emotional pressure, the pressure of the opposite sex. 2, the relationship between the parents: relatives’ misfortune pressure, economic pressure. 3, the school aspect: the study of competitive pressure, the relationship between teachers and students. 4, the social aspects: the employment pressure, social pressure. Secondly, according to the survey results and the actual situation of the students in our school, we have compiled a set of personal interviews and group interviews to the students at all levels of the school, and analyzed the results of the questionnaire survey data and interviews. As a result, we can further understand the physiological and psychological effects of various stressors on students. Based on the investigation and analysis, as well as the author’ many years of being engaged in the work of class teacher and some experience of the management, explore the following three aspects in the positive psychology perspective: the students positive emotional training, shaping the positive personality traits, and the formation of positive social organization system to ease the psychological pressure of Senior One students, forming a number of strategies for high school teachers and students.
