With the rapid development of China’s socialist market economy and the continuous refinement of the Reform and Opening up, the social problems which had appeared in the process of Occidental national development are also increasingly evident in our country, which makes the originally stylized, administrative mode of society service is becoming more helpless in the face of new problems. For the Chinese government, the Package Service gets more and more difficulties to solve refined differentiation of social issues. How does the government to provide better services to meet the evolving needs of the community, its management model should be transformed gradually from the past "big government, small society" into "small government, big society", a healthier development track. There are specific requirements in certain areas, such as to enhance government awareness and to implement and provide related services, while other areas require the government gradually withdraw, then the provision of specific services requires social organize to complement and support, and positive social workers are the important backbone.On the Sixteenth Party Sixth Plenary Session, the central government proposed to "build a great social work personnel","establish the professional norms and standards of practice","enhance professional training", "replenish public services and social management with social work dedicated staff’, a series of social working professional development proposals, measures have been introduced. These issued programmatic documents not only show that a harmonious society requires social professionals, but also point out the direction for the social work profession and provide opportunities for development. Although the social work profession originated in the West, their professional values and nature of the construction of a harmonious society of socialism coincide on the same line and even it can be said connected closely, and people-centered practice operating methods, techniques can be widely applied to education, health, judicial redress, community, and many other related services. So whether judged from the fact that our government support the development of social work, or human society itself,social needs, social work profession itself which have its characteristics to meet the social development, it is not difficult to see that social work has broad prospects for development. While to certain extent, it already has development opportunities and social conditions, but for social work graduates, the reality is not optimistic. Under the current format of the concentrated expression of social feedback for professional recognition is generally low, professional brain draining, professional and other issues are just starting out bottlenecks and enormous social work professional’s predicament now facing China in employment. The social feedback for this aspect intensely shows that professional recognition is generally low, professional talents draining, immature professionalization, and so on, which are the bottleneck and tough situation for the social work talents working in China.The survey report will take college students as investigation objects. And the writer will mainly focus on the employment of college majors of social work, namely professional students who are fully working or want to work in the society confront the actual employment situation and various issues. According to the electronic survey, the writer analyzes the employment situation, and has carried the case study of four representative social workers, which mostly reveals the difficulties of college students encountered in the course of employment, and then put forward suggestions for social work graduates to solve employment difficulties in order to promote the development and improvement of the social work professionals.
