The requirements of the times and the target of new Syllabus of English teaching for secondary vocational schools are thought about.Meanwhile, features of English teaching in secondary vocational schools are also included(English is a subsidiary subject courses, teaching environment is relatively relaxed, the student thought is relatively active, so teaching model can be innovated boldly). Besides, disadvantages of the present situation of English Teaching in vocational schools are overcome in most degree(for example:still follow the traditional teaching model and evaluation model; there is not any characteristic teaching system for vocational school students; teaching materials are not fully used and teaching researches are fragments).Therefore, the author has combined her own first-line teaching hints with latest teaching theories at home and abroad, proposed happy and experiential English teaching model for vocational schools.Staring from "new secondary vocational English teaching model",to the "dynamic generation teaching theory" as the theoretical basis, take the Western "situational and experiential teaching" for operation way, the first grade students in the author’s school as the experimental platform, integrates modern, interesting and novel elements, try to find out not only a set of practical, operational and extension, but also to adapt to the English "dynamic characteristics of experiential" teaching paradigm.In this study, first of all, a questionnaire survey was conducted,which include questionnaires on the use of teaching materials, teachers’ organization, participation in class, sense of student themselves.Then the demo classes were practiced, which include the "English talk-show", "British and American culture" and "scenarios" three featured classes.At the same time, based on the abilities of "reading and recitation" and "film and appreciation" features in extracurricular activities were emphasized. In this way, a small-scale promotional system and special course system was created, which provides a meaningful reference for English teaching in our school as well as in the similar vocational schools--prominent "dynamic"(curriculum turned from simple, linear to diverse and full of change); prominent "experience"(the pragmatic competence internalized students’ one kind of psychic mechanism); prominent "happyness" (liberates from English study difficulties).At the same time, this paper even more stresses on the lesson and extracurricular teaching of first grade.So there are some limitation.The following research will develop again.
