Class is the most basic unit of a school. Naturally, class management becomes the main carrier of school’s moral education. As students get mature both physically and mentally, they finally grow into a social man at the stage of senior high school. Therefore the class management in senior high school plays a key role in students’growth. As we know, education activity inevitably needs to absorb nutrients from history, so does the class management of senior high school. As a typical cultural subject, History contains abundant material for moral education. On the other hand, history teacher as executive of history teaching, his horizon, thinking, as well as his values will be subtly influenced by the subject and the major, appearing having more common language with the young under the new era and showing more tolerance to the youth. Therefore, a history teacher has an advantage in handling a class. Since the theme class meeting is an important dependence of the class management, the article takes a theme class with the topic of patriotism as an example, trying to prove that once the manager is capable of applying all these visible and invisible resources to the class management through theme class meeting, he will get an amazing result.
