With the rapid development of information technology, the flipped classroom as a new classroom teaching mode is more and more attention, it has changed the traditional classroom teaching structure, so that students really become masters of the classroom, is very suitable for students of personalized learning. The deaf is a very special students, because of hearing loss, the development of their language and intelligence hindered the classroom and teachers can not form communication and interaction in a timely and effective manner, learning efficiency is extremely low. In order to improve the information technology course of deaf students’ learning efficiency, this paper explores the implementation of information technology in the classroom of flipping the classroom of the primary school for deaf.The present research on classroom teaching of deaf students turnover is very few, this paper adopts literature research method, in the domestic and abroad research on the flipped classroom teaching on the basis of the literature, the feasibility of flipping the classroom teaching in the classroom of information technology in primary school; and then through the questionnaire survey and interviews to understand their learning interest tendency. The implementation of flip classroom teaching conditions, flip classroom teaching design based on information technology, construct the flip classroom teaching mode in primary school; finally flipped classroom teaching experiment, summed up the specific information technology curriculum practical teaching cases, with experimental results to verify the validity of improving the flipped classroom students’ learning efficiency.Through a period of one semester’s teaching practice, the flipped classroom teaching mode is very suitable for deaf students learning and to improve the interest in deaf students’ learning information technology, improve the classroom interaction and the efficiency of learning is very helpful; of course in the process of practice also a lot of problems, also need to later in the practice of teaching according to the characteristics of the deaf students’ learning, continuous continuously to analysis and improvement of the flipped classroom teaching mode.
