Flipped Class Model is a new teaching practice model in the information era. In recent years, some American primary and secondary schools has used the Flipped Class Model in the class. Student centered, and supported by the information technology and the digital resource, it has changed the traditional teaching model of in-class and out-class, before-class and after-class study activity. This model has a positive enhancement on students’ individualized learning and teachers’ professional development. Based on the fully understanding of Flipped Class Model, teachers design the before, in and after class teaching activity at great length, which helps the effective implementation of Flipped Class Model. The students’ learning environment will directly influence the full designing process of this model. This paper emphasizes the characteristics of Information Technology curriculum, and designs Flipped Class Model on primary school Information Technology curriculum. At the same time, the author takes all the fourth grade students from primary school affiliated to Capital Normal University as the teaching object, using the flipped classroom teaching mode, design, develop the information technology curriculum for four weeks, and put it into practice. Through the classroom observation, questionnaire, interview, test, and work evaluation. the author finds problems at the same time, and constantly adjusts and improves the curriculum design. The final experimental results verify the effectiveness of classroom teaching mode applied to the primary school information technology course, summarizes the requirement of effectively carrying out the Flipped Class Model on the primary school information technology classroom, and provides reference for further research in the future. The full paper is divided into five parts:Chapter1:Introduction. Introduces the background of the topic, the research purpose, the significance of this paper and research methods.Chapter2:The core concept definition and literature review. Defines the concept of flipped classroommodel, and summarizes the origin, connotation and theory which supporting the flipped classroom, analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the application of the model in information technology curriculum.Chapter3:The design of the Flip the classroom on primary school information technology curriculum. Based on the object of the study, research methods, research process, the flipped classroom teaching mode and resource construction, designs the Flipped Class planChapter4:The implementation of the plan. Based on the former experimental measurement results, adjusts the4-week teaching planand use it to solve practical problems encountered by teachers, andanalysis of the implementing effect of turning the classroom from the two aspects of the final evaluation result and after-school questionnaire.Chapter5:Conclusions and implications. Summarizes the results of this research, and combining personal research experience, analyses the requirement of effectively carrying out the Flipped Class Model on the primary school information technology classroom, Finallysummarizes the innovations and shortcomings of this study.
