Humane education occupies an essential position from ancient times till now. It is the need of training fully developed talents. Since the third industrial revolution, man has entered the highly civilization, while the material abundance to the spiritual world with great impact. Scientism, utilitarianism and positivism gradually become the mainstream ideology in universities. As an important component of Chinese college students, normal school students bear the task of teaching students and cultivating the excellent teachers. After 1999’s, with the enrollment expansion of universities, education, especially higher education gradually marketing. China ’ s higher education rapidly enters into the popularization stage in just a few years, and the gross enrollment of today’s higher education is nearly 50%. However, the uneven quality of the students, the teaching levels, hardware in universities and their employment situation after graduation are not promoted synchronously, which triggered many thought-provoking questions. It has become the social hot topic about the advancement of teachers’ moral and teaching quality. Whereas, the main way to improve teachers ’ developmental level is the professional cultivation on normal school students. Basically, humane education is the key point.The core of humane education are teachers with higher humanistic quality teaching students through words and deeds, so that students consciously learn human knowledge for developing a noble humanistic training, establishing the correct values, outlook on life, world view, exhibiting strong human care in their future career, and living in harmony with students and colleagues. Compared with professional education, humane education has been paid less attention in the minds of schools, teachers and students. How to raise and strengthen the awareness of our society, schools, teachers and students on humane education, how to promote the humane quality of normal school students, how to develop synchronously the scientific and humanistic quality and to meet the needs of the education with a full spirit of comprehensive development. All of these should be the focus of normal school students’ humane education in universities.Therefore, the full understanding of the current situation of normal school students’ humane education, the lack of humane education in universities, and the reasons’ exploration for influencing the humane education of normal school students, which plays a key role in carrying out the humane education in universities and increasing the overall quality of graduates.This paper studies the current situation, problems of normal school students’ humane education in some universities of Hunan province, analyzing reasons and putting forward the corresponding countermeasures. The first part mainly includes problems ’ raising, background, research methods, related literatures’ organizing and classifying, related concepts’ defining, and expounds the significance of strengthening the humane education. The second part takes some normal universities in Hunan Province for an example, analyzes the difficulties and the existing crisis in humane education by the way of questionnaire survey and individual interviews. The third part investigates the construction of humane education’s system on normal school students. At the same time, it also makes a deep analysis of the reasons of humane education’s missing on normal school students and discusses that from education, society, students, schools, etc. The last part puts forward the strategies for reforming and strengthening normal school students ’ humane education, constructing from theoretical construction, proofing from the aspects of college culture, school-based curriculum and so on.
