| History education should not only make students understand the historical knowledge, but also plays an important role in training students’ outlook on life, values, and national sentiments.As the main carrier of loading historical knowledge and corresponding values, history textbooks’ importance is self-evident. "Revolution", as an indispensible part of modern Chinese history, had been already written in history textbooks since happened,and the history textbooks are written by people,At different times, different people which influenced by age background, knowledge level, and ways of understanding may inevitably have different opinions on one history event.This is obviously reflected in the history textbook’s narrative aspects.This article attempts to research the narration ways of "revolution" in middle-school textbooks through the early years of the Republic of China(1912---1927),to reflect the status of the textbook’s redaction and education at that time,and provide a reference for China’s modern history textbook compiling.The text is divided into three big chaptersChapter 1The Compilation of "revolution" during Nanjing temporary government. Mainly introduces the influence of establishment of Nanjing temporary government on the whole education, especially on the history education, Nanjing provisional government adheres to use the thought of "the republican and democratic" to transform the old education. And then discusses how the history textbook described "revolution" that just happened under the influence of republican and democratic thought.Chapter 2The Compilation of revolution during the period of restoring monarchy. Mainly introduces the influence of the countercurrent flow that yuanshikai initiated in order to restore monarchy and worshiping to affect on the whole education, especially on history education. And then discusses how history textbook describe the revolution under the current trend---worshiped Confucianism and legalized old morals and old customs.Chapter 3The Compilation of revolution during the period of the northern warlord’s. Mainly introduce after the death of Yuanshikai, Chinese education and education history under the insurrection of the northern warlord. In the context of the northern warlords, the government didn’t intervene too much in education. What impact did this special period had on history education at that time? Then research the different ways of narration under the influence of "revolutionâ€.Chapter 4The enlightenment of the revolution(1912-1927)on history education. By analyzing the three stages of history teaching, discusses several factors affecting the history education. |
