| Nowadays, people are becoming more and more pay attention to the education of life, Therefore,a word "life education" is produced. Life education regards human life as the core,regards education as a means of examination oriented education,etc. in the students’ education of survival competition sublating and transcending, guide the students to cherish life,reverence for life, Thanksgiving life, enjoy the life education.Along with the reform of physical education curriculum in our country, the education on life education increasing attention, and related research has showed the necessity and feasibility of infiltration life education in the sports teaching.Therefore, Implementing life education is particularly important in rural school physical education.This thesis mainly adopts literature data method, questionnaire survey method, teaching experiment, mathematical statistics method,On the bases of grasping comprehensively the sports teaching of Xiangtan County Rural Middle School to analysis of the necessity and feasibility of life education infiltrate sports teaching,and construct the model of life education,conduct teaching experiment for Xiangtan County, YanShan middle school grade two class, and set up a control group,combined with the analysis of the indicators before and afterthe questionnaire survey and experimental teaching, in order to provide the valuable gists for the penetration of life education in rural school physical education.Research results: Through investigation, I finded that Xiangtan County, rural schools, the sports, life education and the teachers strength is weak, meantime lack of sports equipment and field,and traditional sports teaching concept are deeply rooted and student’s ability to protect themselves and collabrate with group is weak. Through before and after the teaching experiment group ability and personal ability and the life education of cognitive, emotional experience, attitude,consciousness, students’ social support has improved, and significantly improved the percentage of will power, students running and jumping, climbing ability is improved, the ability of hiding and avoiding obstacle,as well as the emergency rescue ability has an extremely significant difference before and after the teaching.Therefore, the penetration of life education in the sports teaching can effectively improve the student’s life safety consciousness in the sport, improve the student’s unity and cooperation of the collective spirit, at the same time,it plays an important role in student’s ability of self- protection,emergency hedging and self life cognitive and care.In addition, the penetration of life education in the teaching of physical education,which promotes the formationof students’ mental health, for example the willpower and the improvement of the ability to adapt to society. Suggest school leaders and sports teachers in the teaching emphasize on the cultivation of awareness of life safety, survival skills training, the cultivation of emotional life, in the physical education teaching, so that promote the comprehensive development of physical and mental health of students. |
