Collective lesson preparation is a key form of the school-based research, as well as a favorable career platform for teachers. It’s necessary for kindergarten teachers to have collective lesson preparation. However, there are three problems in the collective lesson preparation for kindergarten teachers. First, some teachers depend too much on group work but overlook personal contribution, which makes collective lesson preparation less effective. Second, little attention has been paid to collective lesson preparation, therefor it’s not well- organized and inefficient. Third, teachers don’t take initiative in the second lesson preparing, which also leads to low efficiency.To solve these problems, based on the action research method, survey research method and content analysis, this research looks into these problems and finds the approaches to enhancing the effectiveness of collective lesson preparation for kindergarten teachers. This research is carried out in the forms of questionnaire and interview in hr kindergarten, wj kindergarten and hq kindergarten, which all belong to the xj county hr preschool education group. These approaches are as follows: First, unify the understanding of collective lesson preparation, including the understanding of the content, form and process of collective lesson preparation.Second, strengthen the management and improve teachers’ enthusiasm by a well-established system, enough time and personal responsibility. Third, work at each step of collective lesson preparation, especially the pre-class and after-class lesson preparation, to guarantee its effectiveness and efficiency.
