Zhaozhou county is a microcosm of many county in our country, it can be used as an example to study the development of rural vocational education. Development of vocational education can effectively cultivate skilled workers, is conducive to the adjustment of rural industrial structure can power industry and service industry, make the level of regional economic increase, make agriculture kept pace with the rural modernization pace. Zhaozhou County, one of the four counties under the jurisdiction of Daqing, is characterized by its slow economic development and a major agricultural population.
