| In recent years,with the full deployment of the State Council and the strict implementation of the Ministry of education and the Ministry of human resources and social security,the development of Vocational Education in China has been flourishing with remarkable achievements.In the vigorous development of vocational education,private vocational education institutions have made outstanding contributions to the country and become a useful supplement to public higher education institutions.However,the private vocational education has not been fully developed,and the private institutions engaged in vocational education are still private enterprises in nature.There are problems such as low quality of human resources,low level of management,nonstandard and unscientific management and operation,and serious brain drain,which cause the lack of competitiveness.Based on Boston matrix theory,value chain theory,two factors and competitiveness related theory,this paper studies the competitiveness of e private vocational education institutions.The purpose of this paper is to save the institutions from operating difficulties and provide reference for other vocational education institutions in the industry.In the process of research,we use questionnaire survey,field interview and other methods to collect evidence,use data quantitative comparison method to analyze,use literature research method to learn from the previous research results,try to find out the reasons for the lack of competitiveness of e private vocational education institutions,and design practical solutions.Through investigation and research,it is found that e private vocational education institutions have low educational level,poor work enthusiasm,lack of internal control mechanism design and poor implementation,unfair evaluation and promotion of personnel,and irregular value chain management,which ultimately lead to the lack of competitiveness.The paper puts forward some targeted solutions,such as personnel replacement,human resource value evaluation,management ability training,"promotion formula",product R & D process,etc.,hoping to provide rules for its management,guarantee for fairness,combine the general management science with the management practice of e private vocational education institutions,and form a special management method suitable for this institution.It also hopes that It can provide valuable help for the follow-up researchers. |
