The age of the Internet, all kinds of open network curriculum resources are heavily promoted, many colleges and universities in our country the construction of digital learning resources, such as digital libraries, network teaching resources and so on. Teaching way, study way is undergoing profound changes, the network learning to be an important way in undergraduate course. However, the evaluation of network learning situation for college students has been a lack of policy. Online learning supplement of classroom teaching and expand, be incorporated into a formal learning process. Those who pay special attention to students’ learning process evaluation of teachers, the students in the process of network learning on participation as part of the curriculum evaluation. In the past, however, to evaluate the degree of participation in online learning, mainly through the network platform recorded data to evaluate learners’ learning to participate in the situation, thus ignore the quality of participation. Participation in online learning, therefore, the connotation, structure and conduct the thorough research to the measuring tool has a realistic significance.In this study, the literature method, interview method, questionnaire survey method is the full text of the research methods.First of all, literature study. At home and abroad about the document of online learning, learning engagement adequately research, the research scope and emphasis is placed on the research on college students’ network learning engagement. Based on the research achievements of study participation, combining with the characteristics of college students’ network learning and preliminarily determines the college students’ network learning engagement theory framework.Second, interview research. Design reasonable clear interview outline, select interview object, organization and implementation of the interview. To do after finishing the interview information content analysis, preliminary to master the basic situation of university students participated in online learning and the main performance of the network learning.Interview study on the one hand, can theoretical construct to early to have the effect of inspection, on the other hand can butt down the scale of item writing stage.Finally, determine the basic structure of college students’ network learning involvement scale, write the item, and the test developed scale, including the exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, test, reliability and validity of the final draw a validation index of high scale. Exploratory analysis using the SPSS statistical analysis software, for the relevance,common factor, reliability of questionnaire for consideration, scale revised according to the test results. The revised questionnaire again and recycling, using AMOS structural equation do confirmatory factor analysis, the structure of the questionnaire and test in the fitting degree, form a formal engagement measurement scale of college students’ network learning.
